Sanjjanaa Instagram – It was a blissful transforming experience to be visiting #bramhakumaris , for the launch of @mrsmom season 7 with @dr.k.shilpireddy , At first, I thought I have just gone for the launch of Mrs mom but later on as I learnt more about the Brahma Kumari’s community. I am so wowed with how they are emphasising and creating at most importance for the betterment of the mental health of people … If you are mentally healthy, you are the most wealthy being a young person in today’s times . Also, what I understand is , its extremely important to be talking openly and to be seeking help. If you are in pain or in any incompatible position in life, “ Come what may “ whatever it is , may it be your career, your personal life or any thing that’s not going right for you .
