Women will become bulky if they lift heavy weights.. Heard of some ‘gurus’ say this before? Let’s put an end to this BS.. 🤦🏻♀️ If everyone could look like a bodybuilder or look ‘bulky’ just by lifting, squatting or deadlifting a 100 kilos, imagine what a world this would be. There have already been numerous studies quashing this BS yet people still believe this.. Women and men differ in their ability to gain muscle due to the hormonal differences aka testosterone in men and estrogen in women. it takes women years and years of consistent resistance training and eating right to gain even a little bit of muscle mass. For eg: One day of eating a “lot” doesn’t take you there. You probably have to eat 3x of what you’re eating and lift, repeatedly for months together to build even a little muscle. So why do Women lift heavy? ✅ women lift heavy to become stronger ✅ women lift heavy to feel confident ✅ women lift heavy so they have stronger bone and muscle health as they age ✅ women lift heavy because guess what!
