Whitney Mixter Instagram – To my mamas, mother-figures, grandmas and care-bears out there…if you are taking care of a little one you are doing A LOT! A personal struggle for me has been trying to do it allll and getting upset with myself when I can’t. Mornings are early, days can be long, and nights are late and with sleep being limited I found myself getting into a frustrating cycle. 🫠I would stay up trying to get things done because I was moving slow at some point early in the day due to being tired. Then I wouldn’t fall into a deep sleep EVER because I had so much on my mind from the go go go, leading me to wake up unrested and do it all over again. I discovered @papaandbarkley about 6 months ago and after the first night I woke up feeling like a new person. I’ll be honest in saying I actually reached out to THEM to see if I could highlight the brand because it positively affected my day to day so much! And a bonus is the gummies are Vegan, solventless, and delicious (like I actually need to remind myself don’t eat more than one juuuuust because they taste good). If we can’t get a large quantity of sleep we definitely deserve to have a high quality of it.
