Daniel Barenboim Instagram – Wrapping up the 2023 @DivanOrchestra tour in Salzburg and Berlin: Last Thursday, Daniel Barenboim led the Orchestra and soloist Igor Levit (@igorpianist) in a performance at the @SalzburgerFestspiele, continuing a more than decade-long Divan tradition. The tour concluded on Saturday evening, when Daniel Barenboim, Igor Levit, and the Divan performed at the Waldbühne Berlin, offering a program of Beethoven and Brahms at the incredible outdoor venue.
Next up, Daniel Barenboim and the Divan Orchestra return to @BoulezSaal on August 26 & 27, performing Mozart’s last three symphonies as part of Barenboim-Said Akademie’s Edward W. Said Days 2023.
