Braised goat shoulder—favorite protein honestly. The shoulder is braised in coconut water, chicken stock, white wine, with yellow onion, chiles, and other aromatics. Cooks for 6-8 hours on low heat and then broiled with several layers of ginger and tamarind glaze.
