These days I try to get all my cardio in by 6AM in the gym, but I used to meet this crazy maniac @mike_ryan_celebritytrainer at @goldsgymvenice1 at 345AM and by 4AM we were hittin’ the iron— and talking shit all workout💪🏾😂
Great training partners are hard to find, when it comes to knowing how to push each other to the limit – and then just a little bit more.
Mike’s a fitness legend, training beast and one of my best friends. (STD’s and all 😂💪🏾)

I’m a blessed 3x girl dad and I have little ones like Chelsea, so this meeting really grabbed me heart and didn’t let go ❤️
