Hugh Sheridan Instagram – I felt like posting a lil appreciation for being back in LA after touring so much last/earlier this year, then traveling the globe for a while now.
A few months back I got knocked off my bike Paris & fractured my shoulder, couple of ribs… yesterday was the first time I was able to train at my old stomping ground @trainingmate … I couldn’t quite do everything but I was really surprised how well my (very kind) body had healed along the journey. Last evening I caught up with a few great mates (mostly by accident) especially dear Pip. We had a beautiful dinner & then bumped into more gorgeous pals I hadn’t seen for ages but known for many years. Thank you also to Amanda & Alex for all that you are.
