Hopefully you can get out to have a walk in the fresh air whether you are in a city or immersed in nature. Our families congregate, as our world is on the brink of some very unsettling times and it is definitely a strange feeling. I hope love, reverence, gratitude and compassion can spin through this world like a swift hurricane.
In the mean time, I’m training my mind/body/spirit, blending, formulating, tasting, feeling, testing flavor profiles and efficacy. This is who I am. I create. I formulate. I dream. My passion and knowledge base range from wellness to Whiskey to REGENERATIVE agriculture and I’m sticking to it, always pushing myself to be better. Stronger than my excuses.
