Then a minimum of two weeks of pain and recovery – meaning “fun” Christmas and New Year’s Eve… Only then I can start rehabilitation, which may take two months. Finally – back on the mat and the struggle to get back in shape.
It will not be easy, but the prospect of better health motivates me. I believe that I will enter the @ufc Octagon yet in the first half of the year and bring you the show I promised.

🇵🇱 Naprawdę trudny okres przede mną… Jutro operacja. Następnie minimum dwa tygodnie bólu i gojenia się – czyli „fajne” Święta i Sylwester… Dopiero potem mogę rozpocząć rehabilitację, która może potrwać dwa miesiące. W końcu – powrót na matę i walka o odzyskanie formy.
Nie będzie łatwo, ale wizja lepszego zdrowia mocno motywuje mnie do działania. Wierzę, że do Oktagonu @ufc wejdę jeszcze w pierwszej połowie roku i dam Wam widowisko, które obiecałem.
Dziękuję za dotychczasowe wsparcie. Trzymajcie dalej kciuki. To naprawdę pomaga!
