It was that close… and I absolutely think Tyson Fury is phenomenal historically. There were 6 very close rounds. Ngannou won 3 rounds w a 10-8. Fury won 4 rounds. 3 were very close. 3 rounds were even. This was as close of a fight as one could score. Heavyweight lineal undefeated champion of 14 years is going to get the benefit of the doubt in some minds, but even with that it was a tie. If you look at the fight without knowing a thing about a boxing debut, I still see a tie or edge to Ngannou. This was wild. In my opinion, what happened last night is one of the greatest athletic feats of all time. Ngannou making a boxing debut at 37 years old against a 14 year undefeated giant… an all time great still only 35. I’m blown away. Unreal. Seemingly impossible and makes Rocky look like a reality show. The movie rights to this will be expensive. 😃❤️
