Hello Good Omens Fandom, you have landed on the nice list for the holidays: we present the Aziraphale & Crowley Angelic Playlist.
My happy dog wants you to know that news might be coming. Then again, what does he know?
35 years ago today, the first issue of The Sandman comic was released. This week, The Sandman officially restarts production. Good things are coming.” (Read my full letter on Tudum.com)

All I can promise you is that it’s an absolute delight from start to finish, funny and scary and unbelievably cool. (And that they are hiding from Death, not death.) It’s SO good… They are the DEAD BOY DETECTIVES. Really and truly a part of the Sandman Universe, coming to Netflix in 2024. #GeekedWeek
Walking my dog this morning I realised someone was staring at me. It was a whole herd of someones, actually. They were pretending to be trees.
In Reykjavik. We had tea (and coffee) this afternoon with Eliza Reid, the First Lady of Iceland. She’s an author too, and has, for ten years, run an Icelandic Writers Retreat. (We knew each other from the NYPL event a few months ago.) Seen here with my daughter Maddy and my assistant Rachael.

I now have an office cat. Thank you, @laikastudios
I popped into The Golden Notebook, my local bookshop, to sign a thousand books or thereabouts. On the way out I saw this, their Holiday window, highlighting What You Need To Be Warm. It warmed my heart. (It’s a picture book of a poem, and all the proceeds go to helping keep Refugees warm…)

Tomorrow, Saturday the 25th, the last two performances of The Ocean at the End of the Lane, at the Noel Coward theatre in London’s West End. There are probably a handful of tickets left and if you can get any, go. It’s magical, it’s special, it’s got a record number of five star reviews, it’s been all around the UK and Ireland and tomorrow is the last day of all. I feel so fortunate that I got to be part of it, and grateful to everyone who made the magic happen.
Here in Reykjavik for the Iceland Noir festival. It warms my heart to be back here. #icelandnoir2023
It’s the best, most concentrated and comprehensive series of lessons on writing I’ve ever given. I love it when people tell me that it got them writing again, or got them to the point where they’ve finished or sold books. It’s my class on Masterclass. Right now Masterclass has a holiday promotion on. Share your joy with a friend: Buy one membership, gift one free. The link is in the bio linktree. https://mstr.cl/neilgaiman
I am so grateful to the Iceland Noir Festival for bringing me in this special country. It’s a remarkable Festival too.

Today is my birthday. Thank you all for the wonderful birthday wishes. As in previous years, I’d love for all well wishes to be directed towards @Refugees – especially in support of their vital work to help displaced families that face increasing challenges as the cold months of winter close in. Link in my bio for all the info you need. #WhatYouNeedToBeWarm.
Webgoblin here. Growing up, my younger brother and I knew that there would always be a pair of socks somewhere under the Christmas tree. We found our father’s practicality amusing. But for refugees facing plummeting temperatures this winter, warm clothes can be life-saving. This is part of what I took from #WhatYouNeedToBeWarm. If you’d like to order it as a gift just before Christmas, tap the link in Mr. G’s bio. All his proceeds from the book will go to supporting @Refugees. At this time of year, their work is more crucial than ever.
