My journey with diabetes is just one of countless unique perspectives, and that’s why I am excited to announce the launch of the #SeeDiabetes portrait gallery with @dexcom, sharing meaningful and important stories from fellow diabetes Warriors. By sharing these stories, we can work together to spread awareness and encourage conversation about life with diabetes.

This tour was everything we imagined it would be, and more. Each night brought new memories – from talking to familiar faces in the crowd, to creating special moments during Little Bird. We laughed, we cried and we celebrated this time together.
Being able to connect with all of you is something we keep close in our hearts. And that’s what this tour was about – that connection that we’ve shared over the past 18 years. We said it the first night of tour and it still rings true now – #THETOUR would not exist without you – without the hours spent waiting outside for the perfect spot, the time spent listening to songs old and new, the signs, the outfits…everything. We are so grateful that we got to share the stage with all of you each night.

Come backstage with me to see how I stay on top of my diabetes management while on tour. Thanks @dexcom for helping me and my team know when I might need to crack open the pineapple juice. Those #DexcomG7 alerts are a game changer! #sponsored
#StrongEnough at @collegegameday 🔥
We cannot begin to describe how lucky we are to have this crew. The constant dedication, attention to detail, and heart that they put into this show each night is beyond words. To have such a wonderful group behind us means the world. The success of #THETOUR would be nowhere without them, and we cannot thank everyone involved enough for making this dream come true. ❤️
18 years ago I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. My family, especially my Mom @mamadjonas, noticed a change in me & saw the four major signs that we now know are symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes.
1. frequent urination
2. excessive thirst
3. exhaustion
4. unexplained weight loss.
I was lucky enough to have this incredible support system around me that noticed these signs, helped me make the decision to get checked and ultimately saved my life. As a new father myself, I understand how important it is to be on the lookout for these signs as my daughter grows up.
This year with @beyondtype1 we are expanding our #SeeTheSigns message not only to the individuals who are being diagnosed but to those around them.
Participate in our #SeeTheSigns campaign and join me in raising awareness about these often-missed symptoms of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and help save lives.

Context is probably one of my favorite and most used words. Why? Because context matters in life and it matters with people—although it’s often passed over for quick judgments instead. We can do better though, right?
So grateful to have @nickjonas on Read The Room today. Y’all this man is wise and kind and full of encouragement. You’re gonna leave better than the interview found you, I promise!
