Robbie Williams Instagram – I’ve been soooooo busy and some epic journeys have happened over the last 4 days. One of them involved a propeller plane and turbulence. I managed to go inward and calm myself. For some reason, I pull the window blind down and that’s the only thing *in my mind* that stops the wings falling off. Because of the travel and the disturbed sleep, I felt inwardly grumpy. Then I reminded myself that I should be grateful for the opportunities. It worked. Just a simple change in mindset. I went to sleep at 1 am Monday and woke at 3 pm Monday.‘’Must of needed it’’ When I got up I felt vulnerable -bottom-lip-going- vulnerable. It was like the feeling you get when you forget to take your anti-depressants for a few days. Fortunately, it didn’t stay. As I sit here watching ‘’Stictly-it Takes Two’’ my eczema is playing up but apart from that im sound. Anyway, I’ve got this idea for the THE COMMENT SECTION SWEAR WORD CUP. T.C.S.S.W.C for short. Basically, I put all of my favourite swear words into a randomiser and each day one will play the other. Who goes through to the next Round?YOU decide …. The first match is CRAP v DICK. Robbie Williams Instagram – I just asked the Brass section in my band what drink they would hate to have to give up forever. Mark -Appletiser- Ben -Some wine that I’d never heard of And Mike- A flat white coffee. Karl Brazil *MD/drummer* said Coca-cola. Michael *manager* said Green tea. Neil security said Coke. Jakie Tour manager said Coffee.Josh*hair and make up* said Squash *which i think is epic. So apart from Ben, no one picked alcohol. Interesting on many levels.😊 Mine would be Coke Zero. Coke Zero is my go-out drink. If you see me with a Coke Zero it’s when I would of been having an alcoholic beverage. That is if I wasn’t an alcoholic. I don’t miss Alcohol at all and I don’t want to tempt fate but I think I may have had my last drop 24 years ago. I don’t even have a euphoric recall about booze. If there was a table full of booze in my hotel room I would have no problem with it at all. But if there was a table full of cocaine. That would be a MAJOR problem. I have the alcohol removed from my mini-bar before I get there, Just in case. I remember years ago I said to management ‘’You don’t need to do that anymore. Im good’’ Now whether they forgot or thought ‘’Yeah, sure buddy’’ I don’t know. But the mini bar remains alcohol less.And im glad it is…..Just in case. What’s your drink that if it was taken away tomorrow you’d be the most pissed off about? B.Roca. Namaste 🙏❤️ P.S. I just went to the loo and on the way heard someone say ‘’I don’t trust a straight hairdresser’’.I’ve Never thought about it before but I think they might be right. Or if they are straight I would prefer them to be camp.
