Robbie Williams Instagram – I wonder what the last thing was that  I jumped over just to see if I could jump over it?
That’s a very boy-thing-to-do I guess. And what age was I?
The thought makes me feel all nostalgic for a time I was present for but can’t remember at all.

I’d like to think it was a low hedge and I cleared it but I slightly damaged the far side with a trailing foot.
Then felt guilty about my footshaped damage.

With my 50th approaching, I feel like I might be ready to be an adult. Not a proper one cos I’ll always be a child.

There are a few things I would like to leave in my first half-century. Chocolate, crisps, sweets, cake. I’ve got a feeling that
sugar is very very bad. Not only for my actual health but for my mental health too. I get tremendous food guilt from those sugary treats.

In fact I get food guilt full stop. The second my stomach is full I feel a large amount of self-hatred. This obviously, is sad.
For very close to 50 years my relationship with food has been tumultuous.

Where i used to think ‘’Im never drinking again’’ and then of course drink again. I now do that, to a certain degree
with Sugared stuff. Only to trip myself up and repeat a half-century pattern. A Cadbury-shaped shame spiral.

What treat would give you dred to think you would never eat again ?
