On this #NationalDayofMourning, we honor, remember, and support Indigenous communities across the nation. We must fight in solidarity with Indigenous folks, who continue to face systemic barriers to accessing basic human rights, including health care. 🎨: @soni_artist
This should not be our reality. Kate Cox and other Texans deserve access to lifesaving, critical care in their home state. It should be as simple as that.
November is #NativeAmericanHeritageMonth! This month, and always, we embrace the rich tapestry of Native American culture and heritage. Let’s continue to celebrate their traditions and help amplify their voices! ⭐
The truth is: Attacks on reproductive health don’t stop at abortion. Today we shout #ThxBirthControl and push Congress to take action to secure birth control access by passing the Right to Contraception Act.
With hope and gratitude, thank you for envisioning a better future with us. Happy Holidays from all of us at Planned Parenthood.
The fight to maintain access to mifepristone doesn’t end until every person can get all abortion options. We refuse to back down.
Let’s get one thing clear: Voters understood the assignment. When abortion is on the ballot, people come out and vote their values — and the people value the freedom to make decisions about their own bodies.
We agree with @JoeBiden. Make no mistake — Nikki Haley is no moderate when it comes to your reproductive freedom. Every “limit” to abortion access is a ban.
Last week I had the biggest thrill in reconnecting with former board member and nurse, Dr. Bennie Fleming. When I joined the PPFA board, she was one of just a couple board members of color and I am so grateful to have absorbed her wisdom and advocacy for health and racial equity. Can you believe she’s 100 years old? She continues to be a fierce warrior and advocate — what a blessing!
Democracy is only as strong as our ability to show up and be active and TODAY you have the power to keep democracy alive! Whether you’re in PA, KY, VA, or OH — make your plan to vote, and let’s elect lawmakers who will protect our reproductive freedom!
Ever wondered what my day looks like? The team @ppswohio captured it perfectly! From talking to supporters, canvassing for important ballot measures like Issue 1, and dancing with fellow reproductive health champs at a gala — I am so honored to do this alongside all of you.
You deserve leaders who won’t play politics with your freedoms. Today, @PPACT endorses even more champions for Congress who we know will continue doing everything in their power to fight back against attacks on your rights — and work to protect abortion access. Check them out via our link in bio.
Even as anti-abortion politicians work to eliminate abortion access, Florida is a critical source of care in the South. As history has shown us — when abortion is on the ballot, people will show up to defend their right to make their own medical decisions. Let’s do this, Florida! @reprosadelauro has been an unwavering champion for reproductive health care. It was an honor to meet with her this week about her continued commitment to protecting reproductive health and rights. Thank you, Congresswoman, for all you do!
Maternal health is a continuum — it doesn’t begin when a person gets pregnant and doesn’t end when a pregnancy is over. We must continue to address this maternal health crisis.
Being in conversation with @raquel_willis about her beautifully done book, The Risk It Takes to Bloom, was a true joy! The discussion on the continued fight for trans visibility in movement spaces is everything. Thank you for having me, Raquel!
It was incredible to join this panel of gamechangers across industries. @thecsuiteseries hosted by the Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (@MVAAFF) was a much-needed space for Black women leaders to take a step back to breathe in clarity and breathe out alignment. I absolutely loved it — thank you for having me!

Mifepristone remains available while the Supreme Court considers this case — Even at the nation’s highest court, the repro rights movement will continue to fight for freedom.
DC! Are you excited to see @Raquel_Willis and celebrate the launch of her new book, The Risk It Takes to Bloom? I’m so looking forward to joining her on this book tour. Next Tuesday, 11/21 at @PoliticsProse, we’ll chat about Raquel’s work toward collective liberation as a Black Trans advocate — hope to see you there!
