It’s 6pm and I’m still in my robe. Coming’ in hot 2024 ❤️🔥 Are you a “New Years Resolution” person? Does it work for you? Congrats if it does! Resolutions always got me jazzed for a week or so, and then just became a constant reminder of what I WASN’T doing…which translated into shame. Being someone who’s always deeply steeped in introspection, I’ve tried all kinds of “New Years” rituals over the last couple decades. Here’s a couple things you might want to play with to dip your toe in… 1. A light reflection (I like to ask these questions at birthdays- inspired by my friend @jaralin ) 1. What’s something your proud of from 2023? 2. What’s something you’re saying bye bye to, releasing and leaving behind in 2023? 3. What’s something you’re calling in, creating, ready for in 2024? (Perhaps try closing your eyes and imagining how it feels to have created it for yourself. Or write a letter as your future self who’s achieved the dream, to your past self- soak in how good it feels). 2.
