I had just left Colombia and in so many ways had been practicing living a heart led life. I always feel like Latin countries are so much better at this. Corazones abiertos. Hearts open 💗 This bracelet is my reminder to love big and let love lead, always. Living a heart led life is about so many things for me. Mostly it’s about being courageous, even when it feels scary…especially when it feels scary. Courageous enough to… Be true to my heart. Be authentically me. To keep my tender heart open. My bursting heart unfiltered. My grieving heart held. To love out loud. To face rejection. To close doors so that others can open. To pause and listen and trust those heart whispers. To wander into the unknown. To release control and always ask, how would love lead? If you really get down with this it will change your life! Do you know the difference between moving from inspiration or impulse in your body? This shit is keyyyyyy for creating a juicy life 🔥 So much of the way we operate is a subconscious programming, which means we run the risk of sleep walking through our lives. But we can also re-write the program! How?? Tune in and feel where your motivation is coming from. For me inspiration feels expansive, exciting, titilating, open and warm in my body. It’s fuelled by love. (side note: often fear jumps in after inspiration because it requires us to push on our growth edges, but this is some good sexy fear my friends). Whereas impulse feels a little (or a lot) contractive, anxious, busy… like I don’t have time to pause and feel I just have to do do do.
