Ami Park Instagram – This past May, after a string of unfortunate events, I decided to channel all my energy onto myself and move back to Vancouver, BC.
I had no idea how the rest of my new chapter was going to play out.. but I had to listen to my intuition and wooowwww it was better than I could have ever imagined..
I met some of the most INCREDIBLE human beings that I know were meant to cross my path in the most divine of ways. I forged connections that will live forever with me, people who saw me from a goopy caterpillar struggling to stay in her chrysalis 🐛 and out this vibrant butterfly who is proud to say she is powerful, confident, and flowing in her divine feminine energy like never before.
It brings me to tears when my friends echo back to me.. that they have witnessed a completely upgraded, more real Ami in this season.
These past 5 months, I’ve been living my life for ME.
And this city has nourished and replenished my nervous system in a way I could never express..
I leave back to NY knowing that I did my time in Vancouver right 🩷 I’m so proud of myself.. for trusting, for surrendering, and for putting myself first, a reminder that no matter what external circumstances arise, we always have our inner compass directing us 😌🩵
