5 of my favorite moves to hit your core…and more. Adding these mini resistance loops not only adds an extra challenge for your core, it works the hips, glutes & legs as well depending on where you position them & what the exercise is. I’m all about more bang for my buck in my workouts.
1. Oblique V up to leg lift
2. Side plank knee tuck
3. Bicycles
4. X openers
5. Flutter kicks
Tips:
-Don’t grip in your neck
-If you feel it in your back, you’re not engaging your core, modify or wait to try it again until you’ve built up more strength.
-Form is more important than reps, start with lower reps 5-10 & work your way up to 15-20.

MUST TRY!!!! 5 min meal 🍣
One of my favorite go-to lunches that’s fast & easy.
Spicy tuna cucumber roll
Ingredients:
1 seedless cucumber
1 can chunk light tuna in water
1 tbsp olive oil mayo
2 tsps Sriracha
Salt to taste
Directions:
Used a vegetable peeler to cut long cucumber strips.
Lay on a cutting board & overlap them, then pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix mayo & sriracha together, spread onto cucumbers. Top with tuna and add a little more of your spicy mayo mixture.
Roll right, slice into pieces & enjoy! 😋

The perfect holiday dessert!!! Had to see if I could make these brownie pinecones w/ Fixate avocado brownies. They came out so good and there a healthier option than the box mix. 🎄
GF VG
1⁄2 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour (preferably Bob’s Red Mill® All- Purpose Baking Flour, red label)
1⁄4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder semisweet
2 cups chocolate chips
1 Tbsp. extra-virgin organic coconut oil
1 cup mashed avocado
1⁄2 cup 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 large eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 dash sea salt (or Himalayan salt)
1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Line a 9 x 12-inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing it to come
up the sides of the dish. Coat with cooking spray. Set aside.
3. Whisk together flour and cocoa powder in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside.
4. Place a double boiler over low heat with water 1-inch deep in bottom. Add chocolate and coconut oil to top of double boiler, stir occasionally until melted. Set aside.
5. Place avocado, maple syrup, eggs, extract, and salt in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
6. Stir melted chocolate into avocado mixture. Fold in flour mixture, adding 1⁄3 of mixture at a time, until fully combined.
7. Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking dish. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes, or until firm on top.
8. Allow to cool completely in baking dish
Use a small ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop out brownie mixture, roll into pinecones shape. A little more round at the bottom, narrow at the top.
Place on parchment paper
Stick sliced almonds in starting at the base and working your way up. Place in freezer for 30 min to harden slightly.
Melt 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips with 1 tsp coconut oil. Drizzle over pine come brownie, be sure to get the bottom of the almonds. Place back in freezer for 30 more min to harden chocolate. Dust with powdered sugar.

While the family is home & everyone is relaxing, you’re going to want to try these! They taste like a bear claw donut but are packed with fiber & only have 3g of added sugar. 😋
