Barbora Černá Instagram – YTT #part1 🩷A month ago I embarked on a life-changing journey 🛩️I travelled alone to Thailand to become a yoga teacher 🧘🏼‍♀️this was a very spontaneous decision, but I went with my gut, which always turns out to lead me in the best direction. I really didn’t know what to expect, but my intention was to go with the flow and learn more about myself. And everything about this training just exceeded my expectations. I spent the month intensely learning and practicing yoga almost every day, yet I haven’t felt so alive and full of energy in a long time. I was so passionate to learn each day, about the body, breath, the mind, the yoga philosophy. The last few years I felt a bit lost, not really knowing which direction I want to go in my life and I kind of lost myself in the process.
