Carson Meyer Instagram – Last week we traveled home to Malibu to visit family and my mom surprised Lou with her very own garden at @onesunfarms where she got to plant fruits and veggies and play with her friends in the biodynamic soil🌻 Growing up I remember my mom keeping seeds in her safe which was symbolic of the value of nutritious food and the potential for growth and repair that Mother Nature affords us. Over the past few years she’s turned her home into a biodynamic farm providing food for her community and healing the soil that was previously neglected and void of life. There is no greater gift we can give our children than a healthy earth for them to dig their hands into and be fed from. The dirt we’ve been conditioned to fear has healing benefits for the immune system and promotes a diverse microbiome.
