We are doing a Mindfulness advent calendar this year, so every day we are given different mindful tasks, which has been really enlightening. Today’s message was “change your outlook, change your life.” Try to see how others are dealing with a situation, not just what you see. It’s been a hard year and has caused a lot of inner searching for what matters and how to heal and move forward.
