Repost….
FINALLY. For the first time ever, stream Bruce Willis and Cybill Shepherd in Moonlighting on October 10.
Exclusively on Hulu.
Their history is so layered and complicated as I am sure we will see in the comments below. I will never sit here as if I can grasp a single ounce of it. I have not lived a second of it. I’m a girl who grew up between Tottenham and Costa Mesa and every where in between. My maternal side is Muslim and paternal Protestant, neither parents practicing. But I am human having a very human response. I will not be desensitized to this tragic news.
Thank you @serene_cicora for finding the wording in this post that really spoke to me.
Frontotemporal dementia (FTD) doesn’t give you many options. It can suck all the air out of a room. But I made a choice, to take some power back and pump oxygen back into our lives, for the sake of our girl’s, Bruce and me. Here are some lessons I’ve learned thus far and have shared over on @thesundaypaper. My hope is this bring some light, help and hope to the next family walking through the FTD journey. #linkinbio
Thank you @mariashriver for giving me this space to continue my work of raising awareness for FTD and also to the @theaftd for their continually support and guidance 🩵

I’m proud to say I was @roomtogroworg ambassador during our time in NY. Our girl’s served as junior ambassadors and Bruce, always the biggest supporter of whatever we are passionate about. I loved taking this trip down memory lane, looking at all the pictures through our special Room to Grow years. From our biannual lemonade stand, to making baby blankets with friends and their children, to the donation drives we hosted at our home. It was truly very meaningful to our family.
Where my efforts have shifted my admiration for the impactful work Room to Grow does for their family’s has never wavered. This year marks their 25th anniversary and am honored to be called back to be an “Anniversary Ambassador.”
Room to Grow is a nonprofit focused on offering structured coaching, essential baby and toddler items, and community connections to support parents as they activate their strengths and expand their knowledge so children thrive from the start.
For 25 years, Room to Grow has promoted equity and opportunity in low-income communities through integrated, two-generation support for the whole family during a child’s earliest years. To learn more about them please head to my link in bio 💙

National Family Caregivers Month is all about honoring our care partners. They work selflessly, around the clock and provide invaluable care to the people they love and cherish the most. So I wanted to find a small way to celebrate them, let them know I see them while starting something fun that I hope will put a smile on their faces.
I’m nominating three care partners that inspire me and that I learn from daily. My hope is you’ll feel compelled to follow suit and nominate three caregivers you admire as well.
I’m nominating @frannegoldeofficial @iamgertrudejordan @thecaregivercomadre
I admire you ladies. Thank you for all you do and for inspiring me so I can be the best care partner I can be.
Ok you’re turn! 💞

Throwback to @moshlife’s launch party of their new plant powered protein bar trio! I love what @patrickschwarzenegger and @mariashriver are doing within this space, putting brain healthy ingredients in a yummy snack while educating us about the importance of brain health. Also, every purchase funds @womensalzmovement. As I’m sure you know, Maria is a powerful Alzheimer’s and brain health advocate who I have been watching and learning from for some time now. I’m honored to call her a friend 💜 And I also loved my twinning moment with @katherineschwarzenegger 👯♀️

🔺CLOSED🔺For National Family Caregivers Month, Franne Golde, Make Time Wellness, and CocoBaba want you to look and FEEL GOOD. Franne and I have teamed up with our brands to giveaway three care packages to three care partners.
Here’s how to enter:
🗣️In the comment section below, tag one care-partner (or yourself) and tell us why you are nominating them.
Here’s what you or they could win:
⭐️ @frannegolde will provide an outfit of choice.
⭐️ @maketimewellness will give a Make Time for Brain Health drink supplement and our new superhero product, Make Time for Rhodiola gummy, plus an “On the Go” Glass Tumbler and Drink Mixer.
⭐️ And to top it off, the whole 5-step @cocobabaofficial body care line to indulge in some serious self-care.
We will announce the winner on Giving Tuesday, Nov. 28th.
What Franne and I have learned as care partners is when we look after ourselves, we can look after the people we love that much better.
If you aren’t a care partner and want to find a way to support someone who is, here are some ideas 💡 They can always use a break, a meal or groceries dropped to their doorstep, or just someone to listen. 🫂💞
📝 US residents only. Full terms and conditions linked in bio.

@kristinrunning turned her grief, helplessness and sadness into some very profound and impactful work within the FTD space. Her husband Lee was diagnosed with FTD at the age of 35. To honor him and her family, she started the Holloway Summit, an event designed to bring together the world’s leading FTD experts each year to work collaboratively on producing the next big scientific breakthrough alongside @theaftd. This year’s focus was on FTD biomarkers.
I was a fly on the wall in this conference and I will admit my brain is a bit broken since the discussions were extremely scientific and way over my head. But my take away is a very positive one. I got to see scientists, researchers, clinicians— some of the brightest minds within the FTD community geeking out over what they were learning and sharing with others in the room. And I was beaming from the sidelines as I could feel their enthusiasm, pride and care for their work. They said “we aren’t crawling anymore but starting to walk” and at their pace of discovery, which is moving at a remarkable rate, my hope is they will be sprinting soon.
I want to relay to you that they feel our sense of urgency and rest assure they are working so hard to #endFTD.
I’m so proud and thankful to Kristin Holloway for the work she has set out to do and is accomplishing already. I’m leaving the Holloway Summit inspired (and actually a little smarter than when I arrived!) Thank you to @theaftd and to Susan Dickinson for sitting next to me and breaking down the scientific jargon into layman’s terms 🩵

It was so exciting to introduce @maketimewellness Brain, Body & Beauty products in NY last week with my co-founder @helenchristoni! Make Time is more than a brand, it’s a movement. To get the world thinking seriously about women’s brain health by spreading awareness and leading a global conversation both socially and in the media while raising money for charity 🤍
Thank you to @bollare @headwaypeople @amen_clinics and all who showed for our event while supporting and highlighting the importance of our message 🤍🫶🏽
