Women and babies are disproportionately bearing the brunt of this genocidal war. I was wondering what would truly get to me politically after becoming a mom. Turns out the indiscriminate murder of babies, funded by the United States. Sobbing, images of the dead piercing my mind like a painful memory, knowing what the weight of a baby in your arms is and seeing parents hold that weight for the last time. Kissing their faces for the last time. So many politicians trot out their kids (hello @repjimmygomez), but when it comes to saving lives, and protecting families, doing what’s right for children, few are to be found. Thank you Canadian MP Laurel Collins for trotting out your adorable baby to stop the killing of another innocent life. 😭🍉✊🏽🇵🇸
