Hilarie Burton Instagram – Holy shit! Holy SHIT! I’m so sick today. And I only let myself sit down and relax when I’m falling apart. But I HAD to post about this book I just finished two minutes ago. @sarahlangan is one of my favorite writers….I found her and @angelaslatter in the same short story collection that @emosswilson gifted me for my birthday some years back. Hex Life. Anyway, Sarah’s novel #goodneighbors is just perfection. In the last month on book tour, people kept asking me if I’ll act again. I never know the right answer. But I’d LOVE to do Good Neighbors with @jeffreydeanmorgan . Dream gig. So imagine how happy I was to get this advance copy of her latest book #abetterworld right as I was leaving for tour. Airports. Hotels. Cars. Planes. Plymouth Valley got under my skin and stayed there. I savored this read. I took my tiiiiiiiime. Sarah writes about the inner horror of being a wife/mother with such clear and brutal honesty. Fuck, you guys…..it’s so good! Do whatever you gotta do to get your hands on this baby. And whatever you do “Beware the Sacrifice”. Like Shirley Jackson on mushrooms. 💖💖💖 Next up?? @angelaslatter ‘s new baby! Package just arrived! I am BEYOND excited.
