2 years ago I auditioned for the role of ‘Elizabeth Price’ for a show called “Legacy”. (That’s right!) I then got a callback for Lexi!
When I got the gig i wasn’t sure I was gonna do it. It meant moving from the coast to joburg for 9 months and I didn’t know if it was a good idea.
But we all know how this story goes… 😉
In the first month we went to Limpopo to shoot the first couple eps. Here is where SeanMarco comes in. A wild, crazy, strange dude who intrigued me and made us all laugh the whole trip. We spoke about life, the universe, our passions and purpose. Here I met my best friend.
It was also where I fell in love….

🌻Reandi Grey- You became a sister almost immediately. Our scenes together were always the easiest to shoot- we made up most of our dialogue and had fun with every scene 🙈😉
🌻Mama KG- you are the most graceful, soulful human. Apart from being unbelievably gorgeous your heart is bigger than any I’ve ever experienced.
🌻Mary-Anne- our number one! I’ve known you for years and your talent is insurmountable! Love you to bits!
🌻Michelle- from step mom (on isidingo) to real mom! Your whimsy and eccentric spirit are a treat!
🌻Neil- uncle G and you are so similar in the way that I can always come to you for advice. Thank you for your pearls of wisdom.
🌻Anton- you make me laugh so damn much word can’t describe! DADDDDY for life😂👏🏼
It’s been an honour to play Lexi. To work with such talented cast and crew, to be in Mnets first telenovela and to share our crazy stories with the viewers.
It’s surreal that we’ll never be at the ‘Price Mansion’ having a big family breakfast scene again where I get to say a typical Lexi one-liner that makes the rest of the family eye roll.
But thank you from the bottom of my heart for watching and for all the love.
