I’m always getting questions about weight loss in relation to some sort of hormonal issue – i.e. “I’m 46 and I’ve had a hysterectomy, can I still lose weight?”
Short answer: absolutely.
These three things are always a good idea:
1. Talk to your doctor
2. Eat less
3. Move more
Make sure to talk to your doctor first – that’s the most important step. There’s no reason to be struggling more than you need to, and your doctor is the only one who can help you with that by getting you the tools you may need!
