Kusha Kapila Instagram – ma’am nahi, chaya🌸 from the sets of Dehati Ladke shot in Lucknow. It was fun playing Chaya, more so because she is nothing like me giving gyaan and quoting poets at the speed of light, is elegant even when angry but also surprisingly impulsive. She is flawed, sometimes chaotic but mostly real. The show is streaming on @amazonminitv Thanks to my director Prashant Singh and our show creator @tewarisaurabh for helping me bring her to life. Biggest ups to @shinepandey and @aasifkhan_1 for being the best scene partners. Often overlooked are costume and hair makeup team who work as hard if not more to make a character look like one. @komaltindwani, chaya is as much yours as mine💜 and my number one team @aashna_shah and @makeupbyvishakha for braving humidity and still delivering every day.
