Malvi Malhotra Instagram – I used to think that being peaceful is the ultimate goal of my life . But controlling mind is not that easy .
We always say that “ Control your mind before it controls you “. 
How to achieve that ? 
After I came here I learnt a lot which is much beyond what I used to think .
After spending over a week here and following all the routines from yoga to therapies like SHIRODHARA , NASYA , BASTI to conscious breathing to meditation to studying and having a lot of philosophy sessions on “ PRANA “ I learnt that if your PRANA is in your control , you can control your EMOTIONS ,  MIND , HEALTH and everything.
After doing that practice to be in sink with PRANA , my mind learnt thoughtless state.
My concentration reached another level with this practice .
Your mental health and physical health is in your control if you know this practice .
