വൈക്കം മഹാദേവ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ കൂച്ചിപ്പൂടി അവതരിപ്പിച്ചത് ഏറെ ആത്മീയ സമ്പന്നമായ അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു. ആ പുണ്യഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് കാലെടുത്തുവച്ചപ്പോൾ തന്നെ , പരമശിവനാകുന്ന ആ ഊർജ്ജം എന്നെ ആശ്ലേഷിക്കുന്നതായി തോന്നി. എന്റെ കലയും ആ പവിത്രമായ സ്ഥലത്തിന്റെ ദിവ്യ വിശുദ്ധിയും തമ്മിൽ അഗാധമായ ഒരു ബന്ധം എനിക്കനുഭവപ്പെട്ടു. ആ ക്ഷേത്ര മൈതാനത്തിൽ പ്രതിധ്വനിച്ച ശിവ ഢമരുവിന്റെ പ്രകമ്പനങ്ങൾക്കൊപ്പം എന്റെ ചിലങ്കയുടെ താളമിടിപ്പുകൾ കൂടിച്ചേർന്നു. ഓരോ പ്രകടമായ നൃത്ത ചലനങ്ങളും ഒരു പ്രാർത്ഥന പോലെ, ശിവനോടുള്ള ഭക്തിനിർഭരമായ വഴിപാടായി മാറുകയായിരുന്നു. നൂറ്റാണ്ടുകൾ പഴക്കമുള്ള ആ കല്ലുകൾ കാലാതീതമായ ആചാരമെന്ന നിലയിൽ നൃത്തത്തിന് സാക്ഷ്യം വഹിക്കുന്നത് പോലെ, അന്തരീക്ഷം ഭക്തിയുടെയും, കലാപരമായ ആവിഷ്കാരത്തിന്റെയും സവിശേഷമായ സമ്മിശ്രണം കൊണ്ട് നിറയുകയായിരുന്നു. വൈക്കം മഹാദേവ ക്ഷേത്രത്തിന്റെ ആ ദിവ്യമായ പ്രഭാവലയം ഞാൻ എന്ന നർത്തകിയുടെ പ്രകടനത്തിന് ലക്ഷ്യബോധവും ഉയർന്ന ആത്മീയതയും ആണ് നൽകിയത്. ഒരു നർത്തകി എന്ന നിലയിലുള്ള എന്റെ യാത്രയിലെ മറക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത അനുഭവം തന്നുകൊണ്ട് വൈക്കത്തപ്പൻ ഒരു ഗുരുനാഥനായി വന്നു കൊണ്ട് എന്റെ ആത്മീയപാതയിലെ അടുത്ത അദ്ധ്യായത്തിനു തുടക്കം കുറിച്ചു നൽകി.

ഈ കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസം, നമ്മുടെ ഗുരു ഗീച്ചിയുടെ @padmakumargeetha നേതൃത്വത്തിൽ, ഇടപള്ളി നൃത്താസ്വാദക സദസ്സിൽവച്ചു നടന്ന, (നമ്മുടെ കൃഷ്ണനായും രുക്മിണിയായും ഒരുമിച്ചുള്ള), വെമ്പട്ടി ചിന്ന സത്യം മാസ്റ്ററുടെ നാട്യസംവിധാനമായ, ശ്രീ കൃഷ്ണ പാരിജാതം നാട്യാവതരണത്തിൽ കുട്ടി അരങ്ങിൽ വച്ച് എനിക്ക് തന്ന പിന്തുണക്ക് ഞാൻ എങ്ങിനെ നന്ദി പറയണം എന്നറിയില്ല, പ്രത്യേകിച്ചും, കാലിന് പരിക്കുമൂലം ഞാൻ നേരിട്ട മാനസികവും ശാരീരികവും ആയ വെല്ലുവിളി നിറഞ്ഞ സാഹചര്യങ്ങൾ കണക്കിലെടുക്കുമ്പോൾ….. എന്റെ വേദനയെക്കുറിച്ചു മനസ്സിലാക്കിയും പറയാതെ തന്നെ സ്വമേധയാൽ അത് തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് ചെയ്ത സഹായങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ചും,(പ്രത്യേകിച്ച് വേദിയിൽ ഇരുന്നിടത്തു നിന്ന് എഴുന്നേൽക്കാൻ എന്നെ സഹായിക്കുന്നതിൽ) എടുത്തു പറയണം എന്നു തോന്നി. അവിടെ ഞാൻ കണ്ടത് അഞ്ജന എന്ന നർത്തകിയുടെ പ്രൊഫഷണലിസം മാത്രമല്ല, നമ്മുടെ കൂട്ടുകെട്ടിനെ നിർവചിക്കുന്ന സഹാനുഭൂതിയുടെയും സൗഹൃദത്തിന്റെയും ആഴവും കൂടിയാണ്.
ശാരീരിക ആയാസത്തിന്റെ ആ നിമിഷങ്ങളിൽ, നിശബ്ദവും എന്നാൽ ശക്തി പകരുന്നതും ആയ ആ മനുഷ്യത്വപരമായ കരുതൽ എന്നിൽ ഒരുപാട് ശബ്ദം ഉയർത്തുന്ന ചിന്തകൾക്ക് കാരണം ആയി. ഒപ്പം വേദി പങ്കിടുക മാത്രമല്ല, വേദനയുടെയും സഹിഷ്ണുതയുടെയും പറയാത്ത ഭാഷ മനസ്സിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ഒരു സഹനർത്തകി ഉണ്ടായതിൽ എനിക്ക് അഗാധമായ നന്ദി തോന്നി.
ഒരു സഹനർത്തകി മാത്രമല്ല, സ്റ്റേജിലെ അനുകമ്പയുള്ള കൂട്ടുകാരിയായതിന്, അനുജത്തി ആയതിനു നന്ദി. വാക്കുകൾക്ക് അതീതമായ അഗാധമായ ബന്ധത്തിന്റെ യഥാർത്ഥ പ്രതിഫലനമായതിന്, ഒരു കലാകാരി എന്ന നിലയിലും സുഹൃത്തെന്ന നിലയിലും ഈ സ്നേഹത്തെ ഞാൻ അഗാധമായി മാനിക്കുന്നു. നന്ദി, കടപ്പാട് 🙏🏼
