On this Christmas morning, I hope you’re all as happy as this kid was when Santa brought her a Preemie from the Cabbage Patch! Her name was Kimberly, and she was perfect! Her older sister Carrie was just strewn on the ground at my knees, overwhelmed with the joy of meeting her little sister! (We took this all so seriously. Much like we did that garland on the tree. Ok, this is a @vududaddy appreciation post. He thinks of this as a hobby. Something he’s passionate about, but just does for fun. (After all, he’s been acting since he was 7, and he’s damn good at it.) But he’s ALSO damn good at taking pictures. I love how he and @damu_malik_photo play off of each other, and can see the same subject through completely different eyes. And different cameras. It’s fascinating to me. But I guess that’s art, right? I just had to give him his flowers before I pack Halloween up completely until next year. Eugene Byrd, you ARE a photographer, and if you don’t get your gallery together, we’re gonna have some problems! 😂! I love you, baby. Keep it up! 😘

Based on some of the AI questions that came up on my previous post, I hope this answers some of those concerns… This is a question @duncanci has addressed.
I’ve also seen a lot of pushback on these terms. “Reasonably specific” and “good-faith efforts” are being criticized for “having no teeth.” Here @duncanci explains what those terms mean in the context of a negotiated contract.
