Today, Narges Mohammadi was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for her fight against the oppression of women in Iran and her fight to protect human Rights and freedom for all🕊️
Her powerful Nobel Lecture was delivered by her children, Kiana and Ali Rahmani at Oslo City Hall today.
Tomorrow, they will open the Nobel Peace Prize exhibition officially at the Nobel Peace Center. Narges Mohammadi has been imprisoned in Iran since 2021.

Spent last week immersing myself in the films presented at the @marrakechfilmfestival with the most amazing jury by my side. I am so thankful for the new friendships that I have formed over the days we spent together in Marrakech.
Incredible news! Shayda has just received 9 nominations at the 2024 AACTA Awards including Best Film. Writer/Director Noora Niasari has received 2 nominations for Best Direction & Best Screenplay, with Zar Amir Ebrahimi nominated for Best Lead Actress, Osamah Sami for Best Lead Actor, Mojean Aria for Best Supporting Actor and Selina Zahednia for Best Supporting Actress.
