Today, I’ve volunteered at my local baby bank as part of my ongoing work with the Princess Of Wales , @earlychildhood and her initiative to get help to families with young children in the lead up to Christmas. Me and my mum walked away feeling utterly inspired by the wonderful people that work there, and with a deeper understanding of why baby Banks are so important in our local communities. Not only do they provide clothing, blankets, toys and equipment to help parents in need, but they also provide a safe and warm environment for those who need it, as well as someone to talk to. I was also talking to one of the incredible women who works there, and I learnt of the significant number of women who seek help from baby banks after fleeing relationships where there is domestic violence involved. Over this festive period it’s extremely important to remember that there are so many people who aren’t so fortunate, who won’t have amazing Christmases with their families… because they are in need. And you can help. I encourage you to donate anything you can to your local baby bank, as this can make such a huge difference. There are over 200 baby banks across the UK, so make sure you look for one near you! Today we wrapped some Christmas presents so that families in need can still have some festive cheer and gifts. We sorted through some of the donations and we read some cards that some kind people had written to give to someone who needed the words. What a beautiful day. Thank you for having me. ❤️ I will be back very soon ❤️

It’s now only a few days until Christmas, and this morning me and my Mumma had a rummage through our boxes of old photos ❤️✨ so here’s a few throwbacks of baby me 👶🏼
🎄 Christmas as a 1 year old.. and my first festive photoshoot!!! I loved my little dress, my mum put me in it for the whole festive period that year 😂
🎄 playing with the snow in the garden with my daddy! I was around 3 years old 🤍
🎄 my first Christmas! I was 11 days old here. Isn’t my Mumma glowing?✨ they both look incredible considering they’re probably living on a few hours sleep in that pic 😂
🎄 dressing up as one of the wise men… using a few tea towels 😅
When I think back to my Christmasses as a child, I don’t necessarily remember all of the presents I got. But what I do remember is the excitement, the magic, the family love and fun that we would have every year. I am so grateful that my parents always knew that the biggest gift they could have ever given me was their TIME. 🩷 all children deserve a nurturing, loving environment to thrive in, and through the work I am doing with @princeandprincessofwales @earlychildhood and the #ShapingUs campaign, I realise how fortunate I was (and still am) to be surrounded by so much love. Every single child deserves the right start. Let’s do all that we can to support children & families this Christmas. ❤️

It’s almost over🥺✨🤍 my Strictly journey has been one of the most life changing experiences🤍😭. Some of the things I’ve learnt:
🩵 I can achieve anything I put my mind to. I dreamt of dancing on Strictly since I was a little girl, and I did it. I dreamed it so much that it actually came true.
💛 experiences are all about the people you meet along the way. I met so many incredible people, but my experience wouldn’t have been what it was without my partner @grazianodiprima
🩷 nerves are ok, they are normal; they are natural. It means you care. And even though I felt so nervous, I was shaking and every bone in my body said “no… this is too much!!!” each Saturday night, I still went out there and did it, and often gave my best performance under pressure.
💚 there is no better feeling than making your family proud. Regardless of the noise around you and on social media, there is nothing more important than seeing the faces of my mum & dad in the audience each week. Seeing their little girl live her dream, watching my mummy cry every time we finished our routine was just everything.
🤍 life is all about pushing yourself out of your comfort zone. It’s ok to not be perfect at everything; giving something a go is more important than being the best. And hey… I found a new hobby along the way.
Thank you Strictly for making me a stronger, more resilient, more mature woman. Thank you to my partner for being the absolute best teacher and friend! Ciao Strictly 🩷
Cannot wait for the Strictly final this weekend 🪩💃🏼 and we all get to dance together for one last time!!! who are you routing for? ❤️
