When did you get your first copy of DIVA?
We can make efforts to make a space (or ourselves) safer for people 🏳️⚧️✨🏳️🌈 although issues specific to the person and other outside factors means we can never ensure it’s fully safe.
These are some things we can do:
1. Educate: Share info on LGBTQIA+ issues.
2. Inclusive Language: Use respectful terms.
3. Allyship: Support and uplift LGBTQIA+ voices.
4. Safe Spaces: Create welcoming environments with signs stating zero tolerance.
5. Listen and Learn: Create an open dialogue. 🏳️🌈✨
