If there was a throughline for my time there it’d be:
LA is more than Hollywood.
Los Angeles is one of the largest cities in the country, housing different flavors of folks on all sides of the 5, 110, and 101. These highways are a vein that connects different communities and cultures together, and I had a thirst to visit them all.
From the Black neighborhood prophets in Leimert Park, to the Latinx improv theater community in Boyle Heights, and everything in between – Los Angeles is everything!
