Kyle Hanagami Instagram – Before partnering with Nike, I always saw running as a sport I could never come close to attempting. The athleticism and stamina it takes to run long distances are skill sets I would never put on my resume, but joining Nike’s Run Club has shifted my mindset. Running isn’t about sprinting for hours or being fast, or even having the best technique. It’s about staying fit/healthy, taking some time for yourself and seeing the world from a different perspective, one step at a time. And just like life, running isn’t always about completing long distances, but rather, taking short strides, at your own pace, to reach your destination. It truly is all about the journey and slowing down to appreciate everything in your path.
