@devotionmovie is in theaters today. It truly is one of those movies that I dreamed of working on when I was a kid. It tells the true story of how Jesse Brown defied all odds to become the first African American naval aviator. But it’s also a story about how people from very different backgrounds can come together and be there for each other, in the most difficult moments. I got to portray Carol Mohring, a real person, and best friend to Jesse Brown. It was an honor to bring Carol back to life in this film, along with the story of Jesse Brown and the other 32’s. I hope you check it out. I’m really proud of it. ALSO it’s a damn cool movie with some incredible aerial plane footage that you kindaaaa have to see on a big screen to truly appreciate
