Guys, you’ve gotta stop doing this to me during my post-wprkput wrap-up sessions. It’s really starting to annoy me. I should have to loft my top to prove I’m not hiding groceries under there. YOU CAN’T BEAT THEM 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Benefits of Pull-Ups: Strengthens the Upper Body: Pull-ups primarily target the muscles in your back, shoulders, and arms, helping to develop overall upper body strength. Improves Grip Strength: Pull-ups require a strong grip, which can enhance your ability to perform various other exercises and daily activities. Builds Muscular Endurance: Regular pull-up training can increase your muscular endurance, allowing you to perform more repetitions over time. Scapular Health: Pull-ups help improve scapular mobility and stability, which can reduce the risk of shoulder injuries. Core Engagement: While performing pull-ups, your core muscles are engaged to stabilize your body, helping to strengthen your abdominal muscles. Invialign update! Officially on set number 21. Last set for the original deadline. I’m really happy with how my teeth are/have turned out. Didn’t realise they were wonky, to be honest, but this obviously proves they were….i feel a fool. Always recommend invisalign if you’re looking to get those teeth moving, if you can afford it, I say go for it! @thedentalteammanchester #invisalign

A lot of people are lacking in the functional department! What’s your favourite exercise to jump into after a break?? Yes, I’ve gone little mad with the comfort eating this xmas. And no regrets because I know I’m gonna smash it all back out of my system, and yknow… I had fun eating shit… because I’m not a psycho. But here’s my upper body (mainly push) workout I did from home (not mine, I wish!) with only a pair of adjustable dumbells 💪🏽💪🏽 This isn’t a planned and programmed workout, I just wanted to throw some weight around and wake up my body! This is what I felt like doing on the day; 1. 3 x 10-12 Flat Chest Press 2. 3 x 10-12 Incline Chest Press 3. 3 x 12-15 Floor Chest Flyes 4. 3 x 10-12 Shoulder Press SUPERSET – 25 reps of Lat Raises and Front Raises Finisher – 2 x Failure Wide Grip Bicep Curl Thank @day_11_11_ for the painful high rep finish 🥵🥵

I would never ask my class to do anything I wouldn’t do myself! Here’s me trialling a kettlebell session I’ve got planned for this week.
