Takashi Murakami Instagram – We finally finished the design for the last large-scale painting for the exhibition @takashimurakami_mononoke_kyoto at @kyotocitykyoceramuseum. This one really was an uphill battle. We now only have 3 to 4 days for the physical painting process. I wonder how close we can bring it to the desired level. By the way, three days with our backs agains the wall should be equivalent to about a month and a half in terms of energy. I desperately hope to get it to the zone where a message that can reach the audience erupts from the work I think we did a pretty good job with the design. Thank you, design team. Dear everyone in the painting team: We have little time left!
