Why won’t the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee let @marshablackburn and me subpoena the Jeffery Epstein flight logs?
This is outrageous. Biden and Mayorkas are kicking American children out of the schools we citizens pay for in order to house illegal aliens. Our government is supposed to be of, for, and by the citizens of this country, but it’s clear this administration put citizens dead last. In Biden’s America, illegal aliens > American children. It doesn’t get more disgusting than that. This is why the Senate must take up and pass my bill with @repmarcmolinaro , the Schools Not Shelters Act, which would prohibit any educational entity receiving federal funding from being used to house illegal aliens. America’s schools are for America’s children, period.

Biden judicial nominee Adeel Mangi served on the advisory board of the Rutgers Center for Security, Race and Rights. On the 20th anniversary of 9/11, they hosted an event with Sami Al-Arian, a convicted terrorist who pleaded guilty to conspiracy to contribute services to or for the benefit of the Palestine Islamic Jihad. President Biden wants to give him lifetime tenure. Shameful.
The Constitutional powers of “Advise and Consent” are meaningless if the Senators don’t have a backbone. For nearly three years, the Democrats on the Judiciary Committee have rubber stamped every radical judge put forward by the Biden White House when it came time for a vote.

WATCH 📺 Last week, @RepCuellar and I, along with many other local leaders, visited the World Trade Bridge in Laredo to celebrate the massive legislative win we achieved last month. The victory we secured will expand this bridge from 8 to 18 lanes, and also help us build new bridges between Texas and Mexico. This is a huge benefit for farmers and ranchers, small businesses, the environment, and the state of Texas as a whole!

Today is National Law Enforcement Appreciation Day. Our law enforcement officers are unsung heroes in our communities. For too long, they’ve been demonized by the media and far-left politicians. I will always be grateful for the brave men and women who keep us safe.
