Aché Abrahams Instagram – I’ll never forget the full circle moment of going back to my primary school and having all these little cuties run up to hug me and how excited they were to know that I went to that same school🥹. Also getting the chance to share about my passion for mental health and my project @invisiblescarsproject_mwtt to the students in front of my own past teachers was so surreal and definitely a moment to remember for life🙏🏽. Increasing mental health literacy is key to destigmatising the topic and ensuring no one ever has to struggle in silence💚
