Aché Abrahams Instagram – Got to spend my day today spreading some Christmas cheer at V’s resting home for the elderly❤️. I absolutely enjoyed listening to their stories, getting to know them and singing Christmas songs together. It’s easy around this jolly time to forget that there are some people out there who aren’t so jolly. I always advocate for the importance of mental health and that includes for our vulnerable elders as well. Please remember to check in with your grandparents or even the elderly neighbour who may be spending Christmas alone. It was such a great pleasure to make these beautiful people smile today and I’ll be checking in with them again in the new year 🥰
