Ingredients
160 g (2/3 cup) milk, whole or 2%
28 g (2 tbsp) unsalted butter, melted
1 large egg
100 g (1/2 cup) bubbly, active sourdough starter
24 g (2 tbsp) granulated sugar
300 g (2½ cups) King Arthur all-purpose flour
5 g (1 tsp) fine sea salt
cooking spray or oil, for coating
Cinnamon-Sugar Filling
28 g (6 tbsp) unsalted butter
100 g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
3 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 level tbsp. flour
Glaze
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
⅓ cup whipped cream cheese, room temperature
¼– 1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted (add more if you like it sweet!)
1–2 tbsp milk

Happy new year! For Christmas I got a tortilla press and was very excited to try homemade tortillas 🙂 these are absolutely amazing. I don’t think I’ll go back to store-bought unless I am traveling. I highly recommend making your own tortillas if you like tacos. 🌮

This happened ages ago but was so sweet and fun wanted to add to gram ❤️💕🧚🏼♂️
Egg and sausage on oil infused sourdough breakfast sandwich
I used garlic infused olive oil to toast up my sourdough. You can add cheese fried egg cooked to your liking

fresh tomato
salt and pepper.
I put a little bit mayo on mine 🤪💗

Butternut squash, leek soup
when butternut squash
One week
Two. Onions.
Five cloves garlic
4 carats
Fresh thyme sprinkled
Salt and pepper
drizzle with olive oil
Bake 450 for 40 minutes or until veggies are soft
use about 3 cups vegetable broth half can coconut milk and an emulsion blender to smooth until soup consistency
add curry and cumin, seasonings to taste, adjust salt and pepper to your liking.
