Five cloves garlic
4 carats
Fresh thyme sprinkled
Salt and pepper
drizzle with olive oil
Bake 450 for 40 minutes or until veggies are soft
use about 3 cups vegetable broth half can coconut milk and an emulsion blender to smooth until soup consistency
