Amelia Lily Instagram – Well here we go, I’m now part of the pump crew! I’ve had my Omnipod Dash fitted. I’m excited but also terrified at the same time. I feel like I’ve been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes all over again. A lot for me to absorb but looking forward to seeing how this incredible piece of technology will hopefully help me even more with my control and my future living as a Type 1 diabetic. I’ve put off having a pump for years as been too scared to step out my comfort zone but stepping into 2024 as a new year I felt it was time to be brave.
