Meet my 4 #foodsbffs
1) water – 3 to 4 litres a day is a must and we all know the miraculous benefits this one has to offer
2) my green juice – cucumber, celery, spinach , green apple and a hint of ginger – I boil spinach for a little while cos i have raw food sensitivity … grind everything together and strain it … trust me it’s truly tasty …. I have it after my water
3) fennel( badishep) seeds and cumin (jeera) water – I love me a hot drink after a meal be it lunch or dinner and this one is an anti inflammatory … great for digestion …. Promotes weight loss and tastes absolutely great …. You can actually start your day with this one too ….. truly my kind of a drink after meals 😇
4) black coffee without sugar – for the longest time I have combined my coffee with ghee which is a good start to your day …. Cos starting your day with good fats is always a good idea but throughout the day simply have black coffee it’s rich in antioxidants … increases alertness and improves mood …. But two cups is max that you can have
While consuming anything keep these things in mind
1) every body is different … so you do you
2) trying out different things is great but listening to your body is the most important thing
3) don’t overdo anything
4) whatever you do enjoy yourself
