We met a very special little lady on Saturday. Please meet Clementine.🐶♥️This sweet little girl will be joining our family today as a foster to adopt, but I already know how this is going to pan out! Lol! There are so many people that have helped to make this possible. The amazing rescue and staff of @therealbark has been nothing but supportive and loving in our journey with Clementine. 🙏🏻 Thank you for giving us an opportunity to grow our family and give Clementine a happy life and home. Having our friend and Dog Trainer, Lucy @thehappydogclubla join us to meet the baby girl and help Clifford and Clementine get acquainted, was an absolute must. She truly helped make their introduction seamless. Lucy will also be coming over today when the rescue drops off Clementine 🫶🏻 to once again, help us create a safe and happy atmosphere for our gentle giant and new mini girl.💙🩷 @kaleycuoco thank you for being so supportive and genuinely excited for us. 🌷For reaching out to @therealbark on our behalf and continuing to spread your love of four-legged furry friends. 🙏🏻🩷 @saralaskow you introduced us to our two furry babies! So much thought has gone into this next step and addition to our family, and it does not go without saying that part of me still feels completely broken without Sophie. This process has been incredibly emotional and cathartic and quite honestly, destined. I’ve missed my baby girl tremendously this past year but I am excited to open my heart to another mini furry baby. I think Sophie would approve. Soph, you will forever be my heart dog. My soulmate. I love and miss you every day, my sweet girl…🩷🩷🩷

Over the weekend I had the opportunity to host my new favorite kind of party! A dried-flower-bouquet-making-party (try saying that over and over😂) with some special women, and collaborate with one of my favorite companies, @petaldriven 🌸💐🌷 The assortment of dried flowers that Petal Driven sent were unique, colorful, bold and absolutely beautiful! I have a green thumb that I’m incredibly proud of, 😉 and now I can say I’m quite the novice dried-flower-bouquet-maker! 😆When you have such quality florals delivered right to your doorstep it’s easy to create something that’s truly beautiful– the flowers speak for themselves.🌷 I’ve also had succulents delivered from @petaldriven and they are👌🏻! We did it! We made the BEST cookies on earth! Well, we tried!! Some are too crunchy, some are too small and some completely lost all shape. 🤣 Fingers crossed they taste good! 👩🏼🍳🧑🏼🍳🍪 We definitely do a lot of cooking in our house but baking… Not so much! Don’t get me wrong though, we are the Cookie Baking Crew! I’m slightly obsessed with our pajamas from @patpat_clothing !! I even got the hubby to post for a picture! 😉After baking cookies for Lennox’s class party, we all cuddled on the couch to watch a little bit of a movie before bedtime. What an amazing 8 weeks Lennox has had with his mentor, Andy from @curiouscardinals !!! These two wrote a book together! 📕📝 book!!!🤩 Not only was Andy Lennox’s mentor, but he became his friend, someone he looks up to. Lennox was so excited to share what had happened over the past week with Andy every Monday during their weekly sessions. Having Andy as a mentor enriched Lennox’s creativity and also his confidence. Whether your child could benefit from standard tutoring, focusing on specific schoolwork or working with a mentor on a subject that lights them up, Curious Cardinals would be an amazing first step! Lennox loves animals, he loves reading and writing, and so creating a book for his grandparents for the holidays was a perfect project for him the past couple months. Watching Len enrich his thought process, his vocabulary and creative writing skills has been incredibly fun to witness! I cannot recommend curious cardinals enough!
