Anjulie Persaud Instagram – I wrote and produced this manifestation anthem for inner child healing. This year has been an emotional roller coaster from hundreds of racially charged hate comments to 50 million streams on Spotify to co writing with one of my favorite artist of all time to losing a potentially life-changing TV opportunity. In the midst of it all, I have realized that my need for validation from people and metrics that I have no control over has significantly decreased. I’ve been able to find a lightness joy in my creative process that I’ve never really known and it’s given me so much freedom. My capacity to deal with the inevitable, highs and lows of being a creative entrepreneur has expanded, and a lot of that has to do with feeling safer in my body and mind, cultivating the ability to self soothe, and surrounding myself with this encouraging and supportive community I have found in all of you.
