Daniela Ruah Instagram – Happy Thanksgiving week to everyone. Our home was filled with family and I am grateful for them, my friends, and for doing what I love as an actor & director. But its been hard to breath… I’ve had such a pit in my stomach as we all watch parts of our world fall apart, made even worst by algorithms on social media showing us the worst of humanity, provoking even more anger & violence towards each other. This is why I’ve avoided social media like the plague for a few weeks. I found I was losing myself in the horrors of war and the global consequences to communities around the world- watching History attempt to repeat itself. I wholeheartedly stand against antisemitism. I also stand with the civilians of Israel and Palestine who do not want this conflict & who want to rid themselves of extremism, the people who want and NEED to begin to heal. I’m praying for peace for us all. ♥️🙏🏼 Feliz semana de Dia de Acção de Graças para todos. O nosso lar encheu-se de família e sinto-me tão grata por eles, pela nossa saúde, pelos nosso amigos e por fazer aquilo que mais gosto como actriz e realizadora. Mas tem sido difícil respirar fundo… tenho um nó no estômago ao ver partes do nosso mundo a desmoronar-se, sendo essa destruição exacerbada pelos algoritmos das redes sociais que só nos mostram o pior da humanidade, provocando ainda mais raiva e violência, uns contra os outros. É por isso que tenho evitado as redes como se fossem a Peste Negra. Comecei a perder-me nos horrores de guerra e nas consequências que provocam às comunidades à volta do mundo, observando também a História a tentar repetir-se. Sou completamente contra o anti-semitismo. E estou totalmente com os civis Israelitas e Palestinianos que não querem este conflito, que querem livrar-se do extremismo, e com todas as pessoas que querem e PRECISAM sarar-se. Rezo muito pela paz para todos ♥️🙏🏼
