2024: the answers we are searching for come to us when we ask ourselves the right questions.
Four years ago I looked back on my list of goals and I had not hit one (personal or professional). So I did some research + started intention setting in a new way. It works. Start with these 24 questions + then head to the PRETTYSMART anywhere you get podcasts— I layout the whole process in 6 minutes!
New years intentions can feel corny or even overwhelming. But they don’t have to be. My new years wish for you is that the version of you you catch yourself daydreaming about becomes your reality this year. The promise I can make you is that if you start with these questions you will be steps closer to it. And…some stuff you didn’t know was under the surface will arise 💭💡💋

Q💡: Once someone loses your trust can they get it back?
Q💡: Do you think dreams have deeper meanings?
Q💡: What quality do all of your friends have in common?
Q💡: What’s the most unusual or exotic food you’ve ever tried?
Q💡 What did your parents almost name you?
When I am in an amazing conversation or have the opportunity to ask people questions I think to myself “I must have been good in a past life”. Thank you to everyone who trusted me to help share their stories this year, on TV, the internet, on panels + in my DM’s. I love learning from you 💡💋

Ate our way through CDMX 🇲🇽
1. Got off the plane + went straight to El Turix 🤤
2. Museo de antropología (CDMX has the most museums in North America. The structure behind us was made to look like a tree.)
3. Took a walking tour of the historical city center + learned about the history of the Aztecs. We had the BEST tour guide @ivan_mmcc. Whenever I travel the first morning I’m there I try to take a walking tour (almost every city has a free walking tour + you tip the tour guide and get a feel for where you are + the history/politics of the city.)
4. 📚 words around the world
5. Rang in the new year with mi amiga @elena 🤍✨
6. Walked 10,000+ steps a day
7. Ate breakfast at Panaderia Rosetta. They were out of their famous cinnamon roll but the ricotta roll was 👌
8. Luche Libre
9. When you stand on knowledge you grow 3ft (museum of modern art)
10. Shopped + walked around Roma Norte
Other highlights:
• Eat: Botánico, Em, Animal, El Turix
• Drink: Hanky Panky (speakeasy), Bocca Piano Bar, Tokyo, Limantour Roma, Soho House (an old mansion turned Soho)
• Do: Walking Tour of Historical Center (try to get Alejandro), Museo de antropología, Frida Kahlo Museum, Museo De Modern Art, Luche Libre Mexico City, Mexico
